Account Holds

If you have a hold on your account, you may not be able to register for classes, view your grades or order a copy of your transcript.

To view holds on your account:

  1. Log into your TouroOne Portal account at
  2. Click the "Registration" tab at the top of the page.
  3. Click the "Holds" link in the "Registration Tools/Helpful Links" portlet.
  4. A TouroOne Self Service "View Holds" page will open in a new browser.

Depending on what type of hold is on your account, please follow the instructions below to resolve the issue:

Immunization Hold: Submit the immunization form to the Office of the Registrar.

Outstanding Balance Hold: Submit the balance due through TouchNet in your Portal account.
Please follow the instructions outlined in the "How to Make a Payment" article here.

Registration Hold: Contact your student advisor.

Transfer Credit Migration Hold: Reach out to your local Registrars Office or contact the Helpdesk at in order to have the Registrar process the removal of the hold.
