The transcript processes are as follows:
Unofficial transcripts should printed directly from the portal under the Academic tab > My Records portlet (box) >View Academic Transcript (Unofficial Transcript) link. If, for some unexpected reason, printing from the portal is not available, students should submit this request form to the Helpdesk, which will mean a delay in getting the transcript.
All official transcript requests should be completed online via the Parchment website, accessible through the portal under the Academic Tab> Order Official Transcripts portlet (box). You can also use this link. The cost for the transcript is $10 (waived for those being sent to internal schools at Touro). Wait time for the initial processing of transcripts is 7-10 business days (not calendar days). This is also stated on the website before the student begins the order. The order will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please note: this does not include the time for mailing. Once mailed, the student must wait for the postal service to deliver.
Students have the option of selecting Rush Processing (order will be processed and mailed via standard USPS the same day, if received before noon. If not, it will be processed on the following business day). Cost is an additional $30.
Students can also select Rush Shipping (order will be processed within 3-5 business days and mailed via FED-Ex overnight mail) This is at an additional cost of $15.
Students can select these option individually or as a combination.
Students can track the status of orders on the Parchment website. Students calling for status updates will be directed to the website.
